这个双11,为什么AI成了下单的主要催化剂?

淘宝把大模型塞进搜索框,一句「清理下水道小飞虫的东西」这样口语化的表达,也能打捞数十亿SKU;豆包把商城藏进对话框,边闲聊边下单,让购物像发朋友圈一样随手;飞书则远离聚光灯,用多维表格走完选品、作图、算账一条道,为商家释放生产力。 三套打法,三种流速,却指向同一个终点:让消费者少点几下,让商家少熬几夜。 表面看,搜索、对话、表格各守一段河道,短期井水不犯河水,可再往前,两股暗流或将悄然交汇。 AI刷新淘宝搜推广 电商是公认的距离AI落地更近的场景。今年双11,用户真正能感受到购物正在被AI 重塑。 对于任何一个电商平台来说,最基础的是商品数据,也就是商品库,在此基础上则是搜索、推荐、广告(简称为:搜推广)是电商核心基建。简而言之,商品和用户之间连接与匹配的效率,都取决于「搜推广」的能力。 AI重塑阿里电商,首先就是从一个库和三个引擎所切入的。 阿里巴巴中国电商事业群搜推智能总裁凯夫分享到,阿里重新按照新的属性,规范升级商品库,更好地建立索引,商品数据完备度大幅提升。这些事情没有大模型,无法完成。过去这些工作都是人工拿着百科全书,一页页比对信息。 与此同时,凯夫说,「我们第一年把大语言模型系统性的用在了搜索、推荐和广告的各个环节当中,从而也带来了比较大的增长。」 而在最容易衡量效果的应用场景AI搜索和AI推荐,用户在淘宝都能感受到新的变化。 比如用户搜索一些需要通过复杂语义来表达的商品,像是「清理下水道小飞虫的东西」,淘宝通过大模型改造了搜索检索相关性和搜索词理解的模块后,搜索引擎已经能更聪明、更丰富地理解复杂的用户表达。 淘宝推荐系统也进行了升级和一定程度的重构。不再是传统的买什么推什么、点什么推什么,而是借用大模型驱动的生成式推荐,在不涉及用户隐私的情况下,去分析用户更长时间的偏好。 值得一提的是,在今年11月之前的两三个月里,六款面向C端的AI导购产品(AI万能搜、AI帮我挑、拍立淘、品类清单、AI试穿、AI清单)就已经陆续完成测试并上线。 不同以往大公司惯以造车轮式的、以一个接一个的独立产品形式面世,这次,阿里选择将这些AI产品内嵌于手淘主站。用凯夫的话说,「把这些功能融入到用户的动线当中去,在动线当中帮他相对润物细无声的解决具体的问题。」 淘宝试图借助AI变得更懂人,解决用户的具体问题和需求。 比如,「AI试穿」一定程度上可能降低退货率高的问题,「万能搜」则回应消费者复杂需求的表达问题,「拍立淘」解决日常当中经常需要通过图像描述商品的需求。 一位小红书用户发帖分享了自己使用「AI试穿」的心得,她在淘宝建立了个人尺码档案和个人形象,玩得不亦乐乎,「有喜欢的还可以下载下来,如果觉得太假了可以调整身材参数,还能看看自己适合风格的衣服,变相提升穿搭。」 最为引人注目的还是「AI万能搜」,这个功能设置于手淘主站顶部搜索框的左上角,紧邻「搜宝贝」。 一位在北京工作的30岁+程序员说,「我买东西都是已经有明确的目标,或者去什么值得买比比较,再或者先用京东搜,看好评率98以上的,再在各个平台比价。」 西安一位从事出版工作的女士则告诉我们,她没有闲逛的习惯,都是有确定的购物需求才去淘宝,「所以那个框里的引导问题我不太关心,有时候不小心点到,还得退出,重新搜索我要的东西。」 面对今年双11国内购物平台热闹的AI宣传和用户使用热情之间的对照,几天前腾讯科技的随机用户调研结果显示,40位调研对象中,只有23.5%的用户,成功借助AI功能下单购买。 个体的感受存在一定的局限性,平台监测的反馈结果,似乎更乐观。 双11启动发布会上,凯夫分享过阿里内部的AB测试和随机实验结果,「复杂语义下的商品搜索相关性可以提高20个百分点,这是一个非常大的数字。淘宝、天猫已经做了很多年的搜索推荐,我们并不是在很多实验当中都可以看到双位数,这个红利是因为大模型和AI释放出来的。」 对搜索和推荐的正相关性影响,产生的进一步结果就是GMV的增益。数据显示,得益于双11前宠物行业商品信息丰富度提升34%,双11开卖以来,宠物行业由首页信息流推荐带来的成交额同比增长超40%。 这可能是C和B同时从AI获得的红利。 AI 原生应用成为购物新通道 这个双1 1,就在电商平台从用户动线中引入AI的时候,一个意想不到的玩家从AI应用的角度切入电商。 飞书,过去都在讲多维表格强大的后台管理能力,且作为一款AI生产变革工具深入人心。但是在一次以电商老板为主的沟通场合,他们普遍面临的困惑是,如何在电商场景使用AI,比如在类似直播复盘和客户反馈处理等一些高频的使用场景。 电商行业从决策到执行均以数据为导向,但是行业数据碎片化率极高,海量数据是由无数Excel、CRM 和ERP 拼接而成的,工具多样,权限隔离,但是数据口径不一,使用繁琐,甚至容易出错。 同时,不同行业、不同品类在电商的流程不尽相同,尤其在大促期间,排期、直播达人合作、售后等不同环节生成的数据是否能成为结构化信息,且第一时间抵达决策者手中,是历来的问题。 在洞察到市场需求之后,飞书决定从B端商家侧切入电商,将多维表格打造成「电商业务中枢」。 主打丑拖鞋销售的跨境电商老板刘世奇,过往依靠人工抓取亚马逊爆品数据,但是现在通过飞书链接AI工具可以将亚马逊头部爆品的标题、详情页、多语言评论抓进表格,再自动分析信息,产出趋势性爆款选品,让6人团队年销突破3000万。 这只是其中一个维度。大促期间,商品封面图、详情页等视觉素材的高频迭代,也是每个电商团队直面的痛点问题,一条素材从需求到落地需要以天或小时为单位计算,内部流程提效迫在眉睫。 蕉内在引入飞书多维表格AI 生图功能后,流程效率不仅提高,甚至是改写。当然对电商从业者而言,也意味着思维方式、协作模式的转变和适应。 如果说飞书是从B端提升AI电商运营效率,ChatGPT和豆包则是直接在C端打开了电商新通道,从Chatbot延伸向AI购物。 今年4月,ChatGPT测试推出购物功能,当时用户只能通过对话获取外部网站的购物信息,5个月之后,ChatGPT的电商生意更进一步,上线了基于Stripe(在线支付处理公司)的即时结账功能,用户在ChatGPT站内就能完成整个交易闭环,无需再跳转第三方网站。 OpenAI称,ChatGPT按商品的「相关性」自然排序推荐,不收广告费,只在成交后抽佣;对于售卖同款商品的不同商家,按照库存、价格、质量及主销商身份来定先后。 与此同时,作为国内用户规模最大的AI原生应用豆包,也在年初接入了抖音,近期又上线了商品卡功能,用户在对话框和豆包聊聊天,就能下单购买到抖音商城的商品或者本地生活的团购券。 假如你在豆包对话框中输入「适合黄一白的粉底推荐」、「附近火锅店的抖音团购券推荐」对话内容,对话框会在几秒之后即时生成商品的蓝色文字链,并附有图文介绍,包括产品特点、价格和用户评价,本地团购券还有具体的地址、人均消费额、评分和营业时间等信息。 不论是抖音商城的商品,还是本地生活的团购产品,用户只要安装了抖音APP,都能丝滑跳转至抖音完成购买。 目前来看,开放的商家聚焦于抖音生态内「高频消费+低决策门槛+高评分」类别,比如母婴、美妆、家居日用、本地生活等。这些品类具有「标准化程度高、复购频次高、评价维度清晰」的特点,利于 AI 用参数和价格段快速帮用户做决策。 AI对话框是否会成为用户电商的高频场景,还是未知,因为背后涉及到决策权的交付,支付决策交付等问题。但是箭在弦上,AI电商趋势已成必然。 三套打法,三种流速? 在AI链接电商这件事上,淘宝、豆包、飞书各走了一条截然不同的路——一个把大模型塞进用户动线中,一个把商城藏进对话框,一个在表格里再造供应链。体验因此分叉,交易链路也各自延伸。 先说淘宝。用户本来就习惯在顶部搜索栏敲字,但如今搜索词即便是口语也能得到高效匹配。但在本质上来看,检索、比货、下单仍在主站完成,动线和过去几乎一样,支付宝、菜鸟、88VIP 原封不动,链路损耗接近零,省掉的是反复换词的麻烦。 对淘宝来说,AI 不是新故事,而是给老马车套上新马达,跑得快了,但车依然是那辆车。 豆包把顺序颠倒,先聊再买。用户把购物意图拆成多轮追问,豆包用上下文记忆逐层缩小范围,商品卡链接内嵌在对话内容中。相比较传统搜索,因为已有AI的一层过滤筛选,人找货效率相对更高,但也相对减少了「逛」的购物乐趣。 对比豆包和淘宝,各自的核心优势其实并不一样。 淘宝有最深的商品库,再长尾的商品也能搜到。而豆包倚靠抖音,具备丰富的内容库和10亿的月活数据,加上抖音电商的闭环加持,推荐颗粒度可达到「露营过夜怕冷」这种场景级需求,但短处是抖音电商的商品库远不及淘宝货架。 飞书避开 C 端,直接把 AI 写进商家的多维表格,走得更远。运营新建一列,就能顺手调用大模型,选品、定价、库存、广告素材在同一张表跑完,结果直接对接 ERP 与财务。消费者虽感知不到飞书,却能在更短周期内看到更丰富的新品与直播优惠。 如今,三条路线各自为政:淘宝守「搜-买」存量,豆包拓「聊-买」增量,飞书深耕「供-卖」效率。短期看,大家井水不犯河水,可再往中线走,两股交叉潮或许不可避免。 第一股交叉潮叫「品牌私域」。当商家既想拿淘宝的搜索流量,又想用 AI 客服、AI 主播把用户沉淀到飞书群和豆包号,但数据入口只有一个,谁能让品牌在同一套后台里完成「引流-转化-沉淀-复购」,谁就掌握私域的水龙头。 第二股交叉潮叫「中小企业一站式工作台」。淘宝已上线“生意管家”这类服务于商家经营全场景的AI Agent,飞书自带协同底座,豆包握有低价流量和短视频内容。谁能把「选品-营销-交易-履约-财务」装进一个 AI 入口,谁或许就能吃掉商家的年度预算。 到那时,运营或许不再分平台,而是在一张表里跑完所有平台:对话生成脚本→多维表格自动拆任务→淘宝下单补货→飞书群审批付款→豆包号二次分发。搜索框、对话框、表格的边界被同时抹平,三家终于在同一张订单上相遇。 换句话说,今天它们各取所需,明天将在「帮商家 AI 化」这条路上短兵相接。竞争不是会不会,而是何时。
