Benchling, éditeur de la plateforme Cloud de R&D dédiée au progrès scientifique et à l'industrie biotechnologique, a annoncé aujourd’hui l’intégration des microservices NVIDIA NIM à Benchling AI. Cette collaboration offrira aux scientifiques un accès direct à des modèles optimisés pour GPU, au cœur même des flux de travail où résident déjà leurs données. Benchling a récemment lancé Benchling AI, le premier centre de commande dédié à l’intelligence artificielle scientifique. Cette solution intègre agents et modèles directement dans les flux de travail quotidiens des chercheurs, rendant l’IA accessible et exploitable au sein même de la plateforme qu’ils utilisent déjà. Pour enrichir la gamme de modèles leaders du marché disponibles sur sa platfeforme, Benchling ajoute désormais la prise en charge du modèle NVIDIA OpenFold2 NIM, optimisé GPU pour la prédiction de structures protéiques.
