El PER a futuro superó la zona de 28 veces beneficios, un nivel que no había quebrado de forma sostenida durante el actual mercado alcista impulsado por la IA. Al mismo tiempo, la purga de valores de alta beta ha sido dura, pero no universal. Sectores defensivos como salud han actuado como refugio técnico mientras el dinero táctico se alejaba de las tecnológicas más tensionadas. La Fed y el riesgo de “error de comunicación” La incertidumbre sobre el recorte de tipos el 10 de diciembre mantendrá a los inversores en alerta, afirma Santoli. Si la Fed cambia el tono sin ofrecer claridad, el mercado podría interpretar que hay riesgo de un error de política monetaria. El debate sobre la burbuja de IA seguirá vivo El debate no se apagará: para algunos no hay burbuja, para otros está naciendo y para otros ya ha explotado. Lo cierto es que el mercado está penalizando los excesos —Meta, Oracle, CoreWeave— y premiando la disciplina. Un ejemplo: Coatue triplicó su posición en Alphabet el trimestre pasado, pese a que hace apenas un año no la incluyó entre sus 40 grandes tecnológicas para 2030. En un entorno tan volátil, sentirse cómodo con cualquier visión de mercado es complicado, recuerda el propio Santoli. Balance final El bitcoin no logra estabilizarse y acumula una caída cercana al 25% en cinco semanas, un síntoma adicional de nerviosismo. Y aunque la corrección no parece el inicio del “gran golpe” —afirma Santoli— las primeras fases de un techo importante rara vez se perciben como dramáticas. En resumen: el rally no está roto, pero sus cimientos están siendo sometidos al mayor test en meses.
