Daily News September 06, 2023 Kingsley Gate, a New York-headquartered executive search firm, acquired Seeliger y Conde, a provider of executive search and leadership consulting based in Spain. Kingsley Gate aims to expand its client service offering and geographic reach with the deal. The acquisition will add 12 partners to Kingsley Gate in Madrid and Barcelona. It will also help Kingsley Gate close 2023 with revenue growth of 35% year over year. “The goal of this acquisition by Kingsley Gate is to reinforce our position in the European market, expanding the scope of our impact to Latin America and the United States as well,” Luis Conde, president of Seeliger y Conde, said in a press release. Seeliger y Conde was founded in 1990 and posted revenue growth of 12% in 2022. In the wake of the deal, Kingsley Gate has more than 100 consultants and 350 professionals operating in 33 countries. Kingsley Gate announced in January that it had acquired The Omerta Group , a London-based executive search firm. In February 2022, Kingsley Gate announced that it had received an investment from Crescent Cove Advisors . Daily News
