手術予定管理AI SaaS「オペプロ」を正式ローンチ ─ 国内急性期病院の実証実験で手術室稼働率改善の実証結果を元に外科系診療科全科へサービス導入を開始 また、シードラウンドでのデライト・ベンチャーズから資金調達を実施 2025年10月23日 10時00分 株式会社ソラメド（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役：古石至章、以下「ソラメド」）は、急性期病院向け手術予定管理AI SaaS「オペプロ」を正式にローンチいたしました。中国地方内の高度急性期基幹病院におけるPoC（実証実験）では、手術室稼働率の改善効果を実現しました。あわせて、デライト・ベンチャーズ（本社：東京都渋谷区）を引受先とするシードラウンドでの資金調達を実施しました。 ※急性期病院：重症患者の医療や手術、検査を提供する中核的医療機関 ※高度急性期基幹病院：急性期病院の中でも特に高度な医療をもって地域医療の中核を担う病院 2024年の医師働き方改革関連法施行を背景に、手術業務の効率化は急務となっています。国内急性期病院の手術室稼働率は平均6割程度にとどまり、現場の属人的な運用が医師の負担と病院経営を圧迫しています。稼働率が上がらない要因のひとつに、手術予定管理方法の非統一性があります。これまで各診療科が紙やExcelで独自に管理してきた結果、情報がブラックボックス化し、部分最適にとどまっていました。その影響は、手術待機期間の長期化や手術空き枠時間の未活用など、病院経営全体に及んでいます。ソラメドはこの課題に対し、手術室のリソースを最大限活用するため、全体最適の視点からクラウド型手術予定管理サービス「オペプロ」を開発しました。 「オペプロ」は、手術予定情報を統合し、現場で蓄積されるデータをもとに手術室の稼働状況や医師の負担を可視化・最適化するAI支援型のクラウドサービスです。医師がiPadから手術予定を直接入力し、外科系全診療科統一フォーマットで可視化することで、リアルタイムでのスケジュール共有とデータ分析を可能にします。医師やスタッフが判断・調整の主体となることを前提に、AIがデータ分析や提案を行うことで、より精度の高い意思決定を後押しします。 現在はデータ分析・アラート機能を中心に運用されていますが、今後は手術スケジュールの最適化支援やリソース需要予測など、AIの活用範囲を順次拡大していく予定です。これにより、未稼働の手術枠を事前に共有・再割り当てでき、手術件数の増加と医療スタッフの負担軽減を両立します。 実証実験結果
