Kenworth was recently honored as a 2025 Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT). This marks the eighth consecutive year that Kenworth has received special recognition from the organization. In addition, Kenworth was named to WIT’s “Elite 30” list, which highlights the most exemplary employers for supporting gender diversity in the transportation industry. WIT is a nonprofit association with a mission to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments, and minimize the obstacles they face.
