Uppgifterna kommer från konkursförvaltaren Mikael Kabu och nämns i halvårsberättelsen som är inlämnad till Stockholms tingsrätt. Han förklarar till Di att det handlar om att Lyten hållit fabriken startklar. ”Att äga någonting som sedan ska återuppstartas är förknippat med en rad kostnader, utöver att man måste ha en kritisk personalstyrka. Det kan vara ganska komplexa it-system, elektricitet, värme, försäkringar och den typen av kostnader”, säger Kabu. Han avböjde att säga hur mycket det kostat att hålla fabriken startklar. Lytens förvärv av Northvolts svenska tillgångar väntas bli slutförd under fjärde kvartalet i år.
