Ingka accounts for 87% of Ikea’s global retail turnover. In early October 2025, Ingka Investments, a unit of Ingka Group, acquired US-based logistics technology company Locus. The financial terms of the deal were not revealed. Ikea believed that the deal strengthened its digital capabilities and would make shopping and delivery easier for its customers.
