株式会社マーキュリアホールディングスの中核会社である株式会社マーキュリアインベストメント(以下、「MIC」といいます。)は、静岡県が県内スタートアップへの支援事業として実施している「静岡県ファンドサポート事業」における令和7年度の認定ベンチャーキャピタル(以下、「認定VC」といいます。)に採択されましたので、お知らせいたします。 MICは、日本の物流・サプライチェーン領域の課題解決を目指すベンチャー企業等への支援を行うことを目的とした「マーキュリア・サプライチェーン投資事業有限責任組合」(以下、「MSCF」といいます。)を2024年4月に組成し、積極的な投資活動を行っております。MSCFは投資による資金面での支援に加え、投資先企業等とLP投資家との連携・協業を通じた事業面での成長支援も行うことが最大の特徴です。これまでに6件の投資を実行しており、そのうち1件は静岡県に本社を置く株式会社トヨコーへ出資*¹を行いました。同社は2025年3月東証グロース市場への上場を果たしています。 MICはこの度の認定VC採択を受け、静岡県内のイノベーション創出とスタートアップ・エコシステムの形成に貢献できるよう、LP投資家及び地方自治体とも連携を推進してまいります。
