Zuvor war sie über ein Jahrzehnt beim Trading-Anbieter IG tätig, wo sie maßgeblich den deutschen Markt mit aufgebaut hat. Anschließend wechselte sie zum ETP-Anbieter Leverage Shares. Mit der Verpflichtung verbindet Kraken einen klaren strategischen Schritt: Im Sommer erhielt das Unternehmen eine MiCA-Lizenz in Irland. Damit darf die US-Kryptobörse nun offiziell Krypto-Dienstleistungen wie Handel und Staking im gesamten EU-Raum anbieten. Visne betont, dass der deutschsprachige Markt eine zentrale Rolle spiele und Deutschland „ein Innovationszentrum für die finanzielle Zukunft Europas“ sei.
