The stat accompanied Netflix’s announcement that its dynamic ad insertion tool (DAI) is now offered in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, Germany, Mexico and the U.K. for NFL Christmas Gameday. As Netflix expands into live streaming and gaming spaces, DAI allows it to personalize specific ads for each viewer in real-time during streams. The tool, which was recently tested with WWE Raw and SmackDown!, will expand to more live titles in 2026, according to Netflix’s announcement. Tinder tests AI matchmaking to battle revenue declines After nine consecutive quarters of paid subscriber declines, dating app Tinder is enacting AI that better matches users through analyzing their camera rolls with permission and asking interactive questions, Tinder’s owner, Match Group, announced Tuesday . The AI feature, dubbed Chemistry, is currently being tested in Australia and New Zealand. If a user’s camera roll contains videos of them traveling, for example, Chemistry helps Tinder match said user with another travel enthusiast. Aside from testing Chemistry, Tinder also utilizes AI for facial verification to avoid catfishing, to help users select profile pictures and redesign profile bios, and to arrange double dates. Roku releases Roku Ads API Roku, the No. 1 U.S. streaming service in terms of viewership engagement , announced Roku Ads API on Tuesday.
