Acteur majeur du marché des systèmes photovoltaïques en France, l'entreprise propose à une clientèle BtoB et BtoC une large gamme de références, allant des kits solaires prêts à poser, des batteries aux accessoires. Pour accélérer son développement et soutenir ses ambitions, Allo Solar s'est doté d'une nouvelle plateforme de 4 000 m² en juin 2025. Le distributeur de solutions photovoltaïques compte ainsi accroître ses capacités de stockage pour ses 1 500 références, absorber des volumes plus importants, tout en réduisant ses délais d'exécution et en améliorant ses conditions de travail. Pour ce faire, elle a opté pour une solution robotique goods-to-person de Scallog, désormais opérationnelle depuis juin 2025. Tripler la productivité dans les préparations de commandes de détail Déployée sur une superficie de 550 m² et pilotée par le WMS Speed de BK Systèmes, l'installation comprend 150 étagères mobiles, transportées par cinq robots vers deux stations de picking. Ainsi, la zone Scallog optimise le stockage de plus de 580 articles de pièces, soit 40 % du catalogue d'Allo Solar. En parallèle, la solution devrait permettre au distributeur de tripler sa productivité dans les préparations de commandes de détail. Guidé à chaque étape, l'opérateur peut traiter simultanément 30 commandes par station et réduit également ses déplacements, « plus de 10 km parcourus par jour auparavant et des manutentions pénibles, sources de stress, de fatigue et de risques » , explique Scallog dans son communiqué. « Ce nouvel entrepôt, inspiré du modèle "tout automatisé" d'Amazon, marque une étape clé pour renforcer notre performance logistique et assurer une distribution plus agile et rapide de nos produits partout en France.
