Als Headhunter angefangen hat Thoden im Finanz-und Bankenwesen. Dann machte er sich 2019 selbstständig. Sein erstes Projekt führte ihn zum VC Cherry Ventures : 2020 erhielt das E-Commerce-Startup SellerX 100 Millionen Euro in einer Pre-Seed-Runde.
