E foi a celebração do espírito empresarial de risco que marcou a gala de atribuição do prémio, com o ministro Adjunto e da Coesão Territorial de Portugal, Manuel Castro Almeida a afirmar que “Portugal precisa de reconhecer quem arrisca perder”. Nas palavras de Miguel Farinha, country managing partner da EY em Portugal, é a hora de celebrar “aqueles que tomaram o risco, que foram diferentes, que ajudaram a criar valor”. Perfil Inspirado pela dificuldade de acesso do irmão a fisioterapia de qualidade após um grave acidente de viação, Virgílio Bento desenvolveu durante o doutoramento em engenharia eletrotécnica pela Universidade de Aveiro a tecnologia que viria estar na origem da Sword Health em 2013. O objetivo? Utilizar a inteligência artificial para facilitar o acesso a cuidados de saúde dignos.
