글로벌 농식품 공급망 전문기업 트릿지(Tridge)가 국내 식품 1조 클럽 기업의 공급망 파트너로 빠르게 자리매김하고 있다. 지난해 하반기 인텔리전스 서비스 세일즈를 개시한 이후 1년만의 성과다. 초기 계약 기업들과 모두 재계약에 성공하며 본격적인 확장 단계에 들어갔다. 트릿지는 국내 식음료 매출 1조원 이상 제조사 중 31%와 공급망 관리 인텔리전스 솔루션 제공 계약을 체결했고, 이 가운데 3개사는 서비스 범위를 확대해 재계약을 맺었다고 22일 밝혔다. ‘국내 식음료 제조 1조 클럽’은 2023년 ATFIS(식품산업통계정보) 기준 총 29개사로, 식음료 시장에서 브랜드 파워를 갖추고 해외 진출을 강화하는 대표 기업군이다. 트릿지는 고객사를 대상으로 인텔리전스의 정확성과 효용성을 입증했고, 업계 전반의 도입 가능성도 확인했다. 식음료 업계는 원가 구조 특성상 외부 솔루션 투자가 보수적으로 이뤄진다. 그럼에도 트릿지는 빠르게 서비스를 도입하고 재계약까지 이어가며 공급망 관리 최적화와 비용 절감 효과를 입증했다. 트릿지에 따르면 한 고객사는 카카오 가격 급등 문제로 대체 공급사를 발굴하는 과정에서 트릿지 인텔리전스를 활용해 수억원대 금액을 절감했다. 트릿지는 소싱 최적화가 해당 기업 전체 품목에 확대 적용되면 연간 수백억원대 절감으로도 이어질 수 있다고 설명했다. 특히 구매 볼륨이 큰 대기업에서 초도 인텔리전스 효용 체감이 특히 높았다. ATFIS 기준 식음료 제조 1조 클럽에는 속하지 않지만, 해외 원물 수입이 많은 급식업체나 육가공 유통업체 등도 지난해 신규로 서비스를 도입하거나 재계약을 체결했다. 트릿지 관계자는 “그동안 농식품 수출입은 체계적인 시스템에 기반하기보다 구매 담당자 개인의 네트워크를 통한 정보 중심으로 의사결정이 이뤄져 왔기 때문에 인텔리전스 솔루션 도입을 통해 체감할 수 있는 효용이 매우 높은 분야”라고 설명했다. 트릿지는 내수 시장에서 확보한 자신감을 토대로 국내 SME로 저변을 확대할 계획이다. 이와 관련해 수출바우처 수행기관으로 등록도 마쳤다. 정부 지원 수출바우처 서비스 참여사는 상당수가 해외 진출 수요를 지닌 만큼, 수출용 인텔리전스 솔루션도 리패키징해 판매하고 있다. 국내 성과를 바탕으로 글로벌 시장도 개척할 계획이다. 현재까지 누적 70개국에서 세일즈 레퍼런스를 구축했다. 트릿지 관계자는 “전 세계 식품 기업들이 시장 진출과 비용 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있도록 뒷받침하는 든든한 파트너가 되겠다”며 “앞으로도 글로벌 공급망 인텔리전스의 표준으로 자리매김해 나가겠다”고 말했다. 키워드
