近年大灣區產業漸趨多元化，據統計，目前大灣區雲集了5,000多家上市公司，面對激烈競爭的市場，「經港出海」成為不少企業開拓國際市場的新方向。新一份施政報告提到將成立「內地企業出海專班」，主動招攬內地企業利用香港平台「出海」，其重點正正是抓住此趨勢帶來的機遇。在北京成立並快速成長的無人駕駛技術公司馭勢科技（UISEE），這幾年與香港結下了深厚淵源。聯合創始人、董事長兼首席執行官吳甘沙作為「經港出海」的過來人，在接受香港文匯報訪問時感嘆：「香港的標準，一定是世界最高的標準」，特別感謝香港機場在合作中提出的高要求，幫助公司在拓展「一帶一路」沿線市場時有信心、有底氣、更有競爭力。 ●香港文匯報記者 周曉菁 根據2024年有香港境外母公司的駐港公司按年統計調查，有香港境外母公司的駐港公司數目達9,960間，按年增加超過920間，上升10%。按母公司所在地分析，內地駐港公司數目最多（2,620間），其次是日本（1,430間）、美國（1,390間）、英國（720間）及新加坡（520間）。數據顯示，內地駐港公司繼續佔據首位，證明香港仍是內地企業「走出去」的首選平台。繼去年施政報告提出積極推動「總部經濟」，吸引海內外重點企業在港設立總部或分部業務，最新施政報告亦加碼「出招」，提出為了吸引更多內地企業在港設立財資中心，於2026年上半年完成研究優化稅務寬減措施。 馭勢科技成功進軍新加坡中東 不少內地企業家近年紛紛將目光瞄準香港，馭勢科技就是其中之一。自2019年與香港國際機場攜手展開首個海外無人駕駛車輛計劃以來，公司於2024年來港設立國際總部，並於今年5月向港交所遞交了上市申請。憑藉在香港機場的成功經驗，公司還先後贏得了新加坡樟宜機場、多哈哈馬德機場的合作機會。 港要求嚴格 確保可靠和安全 馭勢科技業務的海外拓展過程，尤其凸顯香港「超級聯繫人」和「超級增值人」兩大重要角色。吳甘沙憶述與香港國際機場、機場管理局的合作時坦言，從系統設計、操作流程到安全文檔與運營規範，每一環節都經歷了極其嚴格的考驗。「（他們）對各個細節提出了很高的要求，甚至是很嚴苛的要求」。但也正因如此，產品得以在全球頂級場景中驗證其可靠性與安全性。 營運方案具備高度可複製性 這套經過淬煉的解決方案，具備高度可複製性——「什麼都不用改，不用加文檔，不用改流程，你可以直接交給客戶」，大幅降低海外拓展的成本與時間門檻。尤其在機場這類對安全等級要求極高的封閉場景中，馭勢科技的技術已符合國際最嚴格的安全規範，使其在國際招投標中屢佔先機。 談及與新加坡、多哈機場的合作，吳甘沙也不停感嘆「香港機場的成功，捧公司做了一張最好的名片」。他透露，正是在香港國際機場實現了無人駕駛車輛的規模化、常態化運營，才得以迅速獲得新加坡樟宜機場的信任。而在卡塔爾，同樣得益於「人脈」——「卡塔爾科學技術園主席廖家俊是香港人，積極引薦馭勢並幫公司爭取到最大資源支持」，加速落地進程。 目前，在機場場景的無人駕駛應用已經佔公司整體業務的三成。根據skytrax評選出的全球十大最佳機場中，馭勢已經在其中三家機場實現了技術的規模化部署，他透露，未來會繼續向其他前十的機場尋求合作，進一步鞏固在機場場景中的領先地位。
