Men’s health startup Fellos secures €2 million funding

Oct 9, 2025

By News Desk Published On: October 9, 2025Last Updated: October 9, 2025 Amsterdam-based online clinic Fellos has secured €2m in growth capital to expand its digital platform for men’s health services. The platform focuses on three areas where men often delay seeking help: sexual health conditions such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, skin conditions including acne, and hair loss. With the new funding, Fellos plans to broaden its healthcare services to reach more men. Through online consultations, users can speak with GPs via chat and receive prescriptions delivered discreetly to their homes through partner pharmacies. “With Fellos, we want to lower the barriers for men to access healthcare,” said founders Sibren Tolsma and Rob Smeitink. “We see that men often wait too long – and unnecessarily – before addressing their symptoms. “Our digital approach makes it easier to take the first step toward a solution. “This investment enables us to launch new care areas and broaden our mission.” Fellos’s funding aligns with a wider surge in European investment in digital health . UK-based Numan raised €51.6m to scale its preventative healthcare model and expand into women’s health, while Netherlands-based ViCentra secured €72.4m to boost production of its insulin patch pump. Earlier-stage innovators such as XUND in Austria and Jutro Medical in Poland have also attracted investment for AI-driven patient care tools and hybrid clinic models. In the male health segment, Switzerland’s Comphya raised €8m for its implantable neurostimulation device addressing erectile dysfunction. Investors in Fellos include a group of healthcare professionals, Dutch Operator Fund and Capital Mills. Harry van den Brink, one of the medical investors, said: “I support Fellos’ mission and see the demand for online healthcare growing rapidly. “Through Fellos, we offer a valuable addition to the current healthcare landscape and make care more accessible. “With my medical background, I hope to make a meaningful contribution.” Jeroen Bertrams and Sjoerd van Berkel of Dutch Operator Fund I added: “The team is responding to a significant market demand and has proven their approach works in a short time. “The rapid growth to 10,000 patients confirms that men are looking for this type of accessible healthcare.” The founders say the Netherlands still lags behind countries such as the UK and Germany in digital healthcare adoption . They aim to close this gap by offering what they describe as reliable, secure and accessible digital care.
